Do you relate to just about every food meme on the internet? Are you also currently thinking what to eat for the next meal? If both these answers are a yes, welcome dear fellow foodie! You found the right spot on my food blog for yourself.
As far as I can remember, I have been eating delectable food at home. The credit goes to my mother and her mother (my grand mother). A plate of warm ‘gajar ka halwa’ , flavorful ‘rajma chawal’ or rich gravy of ‘shahi paneer’ , they just cooked everything perfectly. You know one of those houses where every guest goes away raving about the food with a full stomach? Such is my house. And that is how I got my fondness of food and cooking.
Born and brought up in NCR, I have been around to see the recent rise of cafes and restaurants in the area. The moment we decided to launch Indian Luxe & Travellers, I knew there had to be a food tab on the website. Since, travel opens gates to distinct cultures and food reminiscent of certain places, I want to share all of it.
The Food Sojourn is my food blog where you can expect to see it all! From exciting street food, to trendy new cafes, memorable fine dine experiences and of course the exquisite, luxury dining! Aim to be your best food guide for vegetarian dishes from various cuisines around the world.
You can also follow my real time food blog journey on my most favorite social media handle, Instagram. Search and follow @thefoodsojourn or click here to view the profile. Hope you enjoy reading this journey as much as I enjoy writing it. Ending this introductory post with a quote that I find to be true for myself. Pretty sure most of you might have also experienced the same. Happy eating!
